Elf Bar AF5000

Elf Bar AF5000: rechargeable Big Puff system with up to 5,000 puffs

Elf Bar AF5000 is a rechargeable prefilled electronic cigarette designed to provide considerably greater autonomy than a conventional small disposable vape. Its system combines a 2 ml active reservoir with an additional 10 ml e-liquid container that progressively supplies the pod during use.

This architecture provides up to approximately 5,000 puffs depending on individual use. AF5000 also features an integrated rechargeable 650 mAh battery, USB-C charging and Mesh heating technology for consistent vaporisation. 2 ml pod with an additional 10 ml reservoir

The defining feature of Elf Bar AF5000 is its e-liquid supply system. A 2 ml reservoir feeds the heating element while an additional 10 ml container acts as a larger reserve.

The reserve progressively tops up the active pod, reducing the need for conventional manual filling. This provides a potential combined capacity of 12 ml between the active reservoir and refill container. Auto-fill system for straightforward operation

The auto-fill design allows e-liquid from the 10 ml reserve to progressively supply the 2 ml section. Once correctly installed and prepared, the system manages liquid supply without requiring users to fill a conventional tank manually.

This approach retains much of the convenience associated with prefilled vapes while providing significantly greater e-liquid autonomy.

650 mAh rechargeable battery with USB-C

Elf Bar AF5000 features an integrated 650 mAh battery. Unlike a conventional disposable device limited to its original charge, AF5000 can be recharged so that users can continue using the available e-liquid.

Charging is performed through USB-C, an important feature for a system carrying substantially more e-liquid than a conventional small disposable vape. [oai_citation:10‡Shisha Heaven](https://www.shisha-heaven.ch/en/elf-bar-te5000/?utm_source=chatgpt.com)

No manual wattage adjustment or advanced menu is required.

QUAQ Mesh heating for MTL vaping

AF5000 uses Mesh heating technology. Mesh provides a larger active heating surface than conventional simple resistance wire and distributes heat more evenly across the e-liquid supply material.

Available versions are associated with Elf Bar's QUAQ Mesh technology, designed to provide consistent vaporisation and flavour delivery throughout use. [oai_citation:11‡Four Twenty](https://fourtwenty.ch/elf-bar-af-5000-blueberry-ice-20mg.html?utm_source=chatgpt.com)

The draw is primarily MTL-oriented, providing relatively restricted airflow and moderate vapour production compared with high-output DTL systems.

Up to 5,000 puffs depending on use

Elf Bar markets AF5000 as capable of providing up to approximately 5,000 puffs. This figure is an indicative manufacturer estimate rather than a guaranteed identical puff count for every user. [oai_citation:12‡Vape Daddy UK](https://www.vapedaddy.uk/product/elfbar-af5000-disposable-vape/?utm_source=chatgpt.com)

Longer draws vaporise more e-liquid and therefore reduce the total number of inhalations available from the same liquid volume.

Usage frequency and individual vaping habits also directly affect real-world autonomy.

20 mg/ml nicotine salts and multiple flavours

Swiss-market AF5000 versions are available with nicotine salts at 20 mg/ml. The system combines the 2 ml active reservoir with a corresponding 10 ml e-liquid refill. [oai_citation:13‡elfbar-official.ch](https://www.elfbar-official.ch/ELFBAR-AF5000-Tobacco/DO14150?utm_source=chatgpt.com)

The range includes many characteristic Elf Bar flavours such as Blueberry Sour Raspberry, Strawberry Ice, Watermelon Ice, Triple Mango, Kiwi Passionfruit Guava and Pink Lemonade depending on availability.

This makes it possible to select AF5000 according to preferred fruit profile and cooling intensity.

AF5000 compared with a conventional disposable vape

AF5000 retains several characteristics of disposable-style vaping, including straightforward operation, prepared e-liquid, integrated heating and minimal adjustment. Its rechargeable battery and additional 10 ml reservoir, however, provide considerably greater autonomy than a conventional small disposable device.

The device can therefore be viewed as a hybrid Big Puff system positioned between a prefilled vape and a more conventional rechargeable pod.

It should not be confused with a fully refillable pod platform offering freely interchangeable cartridges and coils, as AF5000 uses its own dedicated liquid supply architecture.

How to use Elf Bar AF5000

Before first use, the 10 ml refill container should be correctly installed so that it can supply the 2 ml active reservoir. The system should then be prepared according to manufacturer instructions to allow e-liquid to reach the heating element. When battery charge becomes low, the device can be recharged through USB-C. No manual wattage adjustment is required.

Once the available e-liquid has been consumed and the system reaches the end of its usable life, replacement or refilling should follow the exact instructions for the version being sold.
