Empty Bottles

Empty Bottles for E-Liquids and DIY Mixing

Empty bottles are essential accessories for preparing, mixing, carrying and storing e-liquids. They are particularly useful for DIY mixing but can also be used to transfer e-liquid into a more convenient container or divide a larger preparation into smaller quantities.

Available in different capacities and formats depending on the product, empty bottles make it possible to select a container suited to the intended volume. Smaller bottles are convenient for everyday use, while larger capacities are better suited to DIY preparations.

Different bottle sizes for your e-liquids

The appropriate capacity mainly depends on intended use. A smaller bottle can be convenient for carrying e-liquid, testing a new recipe or dividing a preparation into several portions. Larger bottles provide more room for preparing substantial DIY quantities.

Depending on availability, Viper Smoke may offer capacities including 60 ml, 75 ml, 110 ml and 230 ml. This variety provides options for both smaller recipes and larger DIY preparations.

When ingredients are mixed directly inside the bottle, choosing slightly more capacity than the final liquid volume can make shaking and homogenising the preparation easier.

Soft bottles with narrow filling tips

Many e-liquid bottles are made from flexible plastic. Gently squeezing the bottle makes it easier to control liquid flow when filling a tank or pod cartridge.

A narrow dispensing tip is particularly useful for electronic cigarettes with small filling openings, helping direct the e-liquid accurately and reducing the risk of spills.

Tip design can vary between models, so individual product specifications should be checked before purchase.

Empty bottles for DIY e-liquid preparation

When preparing DIY e-liquid, the bottle holds the PG/VG base, flavour concentrate and any other ingredients used in the recipe. Capacity should therefore be selected according to the intended final volume.

Adding several ingredients increases total volume, making sufficient additional bottle capacity important.

Once all components have been added, the bottle can be securely closed and shaken to homogenise the mixture. It can then be used for maturation and subsequent storage of the finished recipe.

Graduated bottles for easier mixing

Some empty bottles include graduation marks that provide an approximate visual indication of the amount of liquid inside.

Graduations are mainly a practical reference. When accurate dosing is required, suitable measuring equipment such as graduated syringes or pipettes provides greater precision.

Combining graduated bottles with appropriate measuring accessories can make DIY preparation easier to organise.

Choosing the right bottle capacity

A 60 ml bottle can be suitable for moderate-size preparations, while a 75 ml format provides additional mixing space without becoming excessively large.

110 ml bottles provide room for larger recipes while remaining convenient to handle. For users preparing substantial quantities of DIY e-liquid, 230 ml bottles can reduce the number of separate containers required.

The ideal size therefore depends on preparation volume, frequency of use and whether the bottle needs to be carried regularly.

Chubby Gorilla bottles for e-liquids

Chubby Gorilla is widely known for containers designed for e-liquids. Certain Unicorn bottles combine a flexible body, dispensing tip and practical closure system.

Depending on the specific model, bottles can also feature child-resistant closures and graduation marks.

Exact capacity, opening system and bottle design should always be checked on the individual product page.

Cleaning and reusing empty bottles

Certain bottles can be reused when they remain in good condition and can be thoroughly cleaned. Residue from the previous e-liquid should be removed before adding another recipe.

The bottle must be completely dry after cleaning, with particular attention paid to the dispensing tip and cap.

A bottle with damaged components, deformation or sealing problems should be replaced to reduce the risk of leakage.

Labelling and storing DIY preparations

When several recipes are prepared, clear labelling helps avoid confusion. Labels can include recipe name, concentrate, dosage, PG/VG ratio and preparation date.

If nicotine is present, clearly identifying the final nicotine concentration is particularly important.

Filled bottles should remain securely closed and stored according to the requirements of their contents. DIY mixtures and nicotine-containing products must be kept out of reach of children and animals.
