Empty Bottles

Empty bottles for e-liquids and DIY preparations

Empty bottles are practical accessories for preparing, mixing, storing and carrying e-liquids. They are particularly useful for vapers who make their own DIY recipes, use longfills or need to add several nicotine boosters to an e-liquid when the original bottle does not provide enough capacity.

At Viper Smoke, discover different empty bottle sizes to match the container to the volume of your preparation. From smaller bottles for everyday use to larger capacities for bigger mixtures, simply choose a bottle that can comfortably accommodate the complete finished volume.

Different capacities for your e-liquids

The right empty bottle primarily depends on the quantity of liquid you intend to prepare. 60 ml bottles are particularly convenient for 50 ml shortfills completed with one 10 ml booster. 75 ml bottles provide additional capacity and are useful for preparations reaching approximately 70 ml.

For larger mixtures, 110 ml or 230 ml bottles make it possible to combine greater quantities of e-liquid, base and nicotine boosters in a single container. Choosing a bottle slightly larger than the finished volume also leaves enough space to shake and thoroughly homogenise the preparation.

Having several bottle sizes available makes it easier to select the right container for each preparation. A smaller format is convenient for carrying and filling an electronic cigarette throughout the day, while larger bottles are particularly suitable for DIY recipes, large quantities of e-liquid and mixtures requiring several nicotine boosters.

The finished volume should always be considered. For example, 50 ml of e-liquid combined with two 10 ml boosters produces 70 ml in total. Similarly, a preparation starting with 100 ml of e-liquid can quickly exceed the capacity of a 100 ml bottle when several boosters are added.

Practical bottles for adding nicotine boosters

Empty bottles are especially useful when adding nicotine to large-format e-liquids. Some shortfill bottles already provide enough room for one booster, but this may not be sufficient when several boosters are required. Transferring the preparation to a larger bottle makes it possible to combine the complete mixture in a single container.

Adding one 10 ml booster at 20 mg/ml to 50 ml of nicotine-free e-liquid produces 60 ml at approximately 3.33 mg/ml. Two boosters produce a final volume of 70 ml at approximately 5.71 mg/ml. In this case, a 75 ml bottle provides useful additional space for mixing and shaking.

Empty bottles for DIY, bases and longfills

Preparing a DIY e-liquid involves combining several components, including PG/VG base, concentrated flavour and, when required, nicotine boosters. An empty bottle provides a suitable container in which the recipe can be measured, mixed and stored. Choosing the correct capacity makes preparation easier, especially when producing larger quantities.

Empty bottles can also be useful for longfills. These contain a measured quantity of concentrated flavour that must be completed with base and, when desired, nicotine. A sufficiently large container provides room for the complete recipe while leaving enough free space for thorough mixing.

Fine tips for filling electronic cigarettes

A practical e-liquid bottle is not defined only by its capacity. The shape of the nozzle is also important for everyday use. A fine tip makes it easier to reach the filling openings of pods, cartridges and tanks while providing better control over the flow of e-liquid.

Flexible Unicorn and Chubby Gorilla-style bottles are particularly popular among vapers. Their shape makes them easy to hold and squeeze, while the narrow nozzle allows many vaping devices to be filled without transferring the liquid to another container.

Mixing and storing e-liquids correctly

After adding e-liquid, base, flavour concentrates or nicotine boosters, close the bottle securely and shake it thoroughly to homogenise the preparation. Leaving a small amount of free space inside the bottle makes this process easier, so completely filling the container to its maximum capacity is not always ideal.

For storage, keep the bottle securely closed and protected from heat and direct sunlight. Nicotine-containing preparations must be kept out of reach of children and animals. DIY users may also find it useful to label bottles with the recipe name, PG/VG ratio, nicotine strength and preparation date.
