Édition Speakeasy

Édition Speakeasy: secretive and refined e-liquids by Curieux

Édition Speakeasy is a French e-liquid range developed by Curieux around a universe inspired by the clandestine bars of the Prohibition era. The collection brings together four original creations with fruity, fresh and indulgent profiles, each represented by a distinctive character.

The range is manufactured in France and supplied in nicotine-free 50 ml format. Recipes use a 100% plant-based formulation containing 40% plant-derived propylene glycol and 60% vegetable glycerine, providing a useful balance between flavour intensity, smoothness and vapour production.

A French collection inspired by speakeasies

Curieux builds Édition Speakeasy around the mysterious atmosphere of underground American bars from the Prohibition era. The concept combines retro elegance, colourful characters and intentionally original flavour combinations to create a collection that stands apart from conventional fruit and dessert ranges.

This identity is reflected in the four references: Lady Emily, Soul Diva, Dizzy The Sax and Mac Allister. Each has a distinct flavour direction, ranging from berries and exotic fruits to indulgent recipes featuring vanilla, coconut, almond and bourbon.

Lady Emily, Soul Diva, Dizzy The Sax and Mac Allister

Lady Emily combines cranberry, pomegranate, pineapple and blackberry in a fruity recipe balancing tartness, sweetness and exotic notes. Soul Diva brings together dragon fruit, blackcurrant, grape and clementine for a more complex profile that is fruity, lively and generous.

Dizzy The Sax combines strawberry and watermelon with a controlled icy finish, making it especially suitable for lovers of fresh fruity flavours. Mac Allister takes the range in a completely different direction with vanilla, coconut, almond and bourbon, creating a rounder and more indulgent experience.

50 ml e-liquids optimised for 60 ml

Édition Speakeasy e-liquids are supplied as 50 ml of nicotine-free liquid in 70 ml bottles. Curieux states that the recipes are optimised for a final volume of 60 ml, allowing one 10 ml nicotine booster to be added while maintaining the intended flavour balance.

Adding one 10 ml booster at 20 mg/ml to the original 50 ml produces approximately 60 ml at 3.33 mg/ml nicotine. As the bottle can hold up to 70 ml, a second booster may also be added if required, resulting in approximately 5.71 mg/ml across 70 ml.

A 40/60 plant-based PG/VG base

The Speakeasy range uses a 100% plant-based base containing 40% plant-derived PG and 60% VG. This formulation remains fluid enough for many coils while producing denser vapour than a conventional balanced 50/50 e-liquid.

The 40/60 ratio is particularly suitable for many tanks and RDL setups. It can also work with selected pods designed for slightly higher-VG liquids, provided the coil manufacturer's specifications are followed.

Fruity, fresh and indulgent profiles

Édition Speakeasy is not limited to one flavour family. Lady Emily and Soul Diva focus on complex fruit combinations, Dizzy The Sax adds a cooling dimension, while Mac Allister moves towards a richer and more indulgent profile with sweet and bourbon-inspired notes.

This variety allows users to choose according to the desired experience: berries and exotic fruit, fresh watermelon, icy strawberry or a rounder blend of vanilla and bourbon. The collection therefore maintains a coherent visual identity while offering four clearly different flavour experiences.

Why choose Curieux Édition Speakeasy?

Édition Speakeasy stands out through its detailed concept and the diversity of its four recipes. Curieux goes beyond simply combining flavours by placing each reference within a complete Prohibition-inspired universe, giving the range a particularly strong personality.

French manufacturing, the plant-based 40/60 formulation and the 50 ml format further strengthen its appeal for vapers looking for something original and versatile. Fruity, fresh or indulgent, each of the four profiles provides a distinctive experience.
