Our values
Local presence
From the friendly atmosphere of the Glâne region in Romont to the dynamic Veveyse region in Châtel-Saint-Denis, through the historic heart of Fribourg and the energy of the Gruyère region in Bulle, Viper Smoke is an integral part of the local community. Our online store brings the same experience directly to every customer’s home.
In practice: We are not simply an online platform or an impersonal franchise. Our teams live in your districts, share your daily life and welcome you to our four stores across the canton of Fribourg and our online store with the same warm, friendly spirit—just like home.
Guidance
The world of vaping can seem technical or intimidating. Our role is to make this transition easier.
Whether you visit one of our stores or order online, you will find passionate, highly trained advisers ready to help. We take the time to understand each smoker’s journey so that we can recommend the equipment and nicotine strength best suited to their needs. Our expertise gives you the best possible chance of success.
Quality
In a constantly evolving industry, trust is essential. We carefully select every product that reaches our shelves.
Certified e-liquids, full traceability of ingredients, strict compliance with Swiss and European standards, and equipment from recognised brands. We test and approve every product to provide vapers with a safe, premium vaping experience.
Innovation
The electronic cigarette market is constantly evolving, and we stay ahead of the latest trends to offer you the very best.
From the latest hardware innovations to the most sophisticated and original e-liquid flavours, our online and physical stores offer the same extensive, modern product range. We combine the strength of a cantonal network with the flexibility and personal service of local independent stores.
