Booster Pack

Nicotine booster packs for e-liquids and DIY

Nicotine booster packs are particularly convenient for regular users of nicotine-free e-liquids, shortfills, longfills and DIY preparations. Instead of purchasing boosters individually, a pack provides several 10 ml bottles ready to be used whenever required. At Viper Smoke, different pack sizes allow vapers to select a quantity suited to their consumption and the volume of e-liquid they regularly prepare.

Why choose a nicotine booster pack?

A pack is especially useful for vapers who regularly use large-format e-liquids or prepare several mixtures throughout the month. Keeping a supply of boosters avoids having to purchase an individual bottle for every preparation. Packs are also practical for DIY users, where larger final volumes may require several boosters.

Packs of 10, 20 or 50 nicotine boosters

Different pack sizes make it possible to match the quantity to individual requirements. A pack of 10 boosters provides a useful reserve for occasional mixing, while 20- or 50-booster packs are better suited to regular users, large-format e-liquids and DIY preparations. Each booster remains individually packaged in a 10 ml bottle to simplify measuring and mixing.

10 ml nicotine boosters for e-liquid preparation

A nicotine booster is a nicotine-containing base designed to be mixed into nicotine-free liquid. A 10 ml booster at 20 mg/ml contains a total of 200 mg of nicotine. The final strength depends on the starting quantity, the number of boosters added and the complete volume after mixing. Calculations should therefore always use the finished volume.

Booster packs for DIY preparations

DIY e-liquid can require several boosters when preparing larger quantities. Several hundred millilitres of base naturally require more nicotine than a 50 ml shortfill. Booster packs provide sufficient stock for multiple recipes while allowing nicotine concentration, PG/VG ratio and flavour percentage to be calculated precisely.

Nicotine booster packs for longfills

Longfills generally contain a measured quantity of concentrated flavour in a larger bottle and must be completed with neutral base and, when required, nicotine. Booster packs are convenient when preparing several longfills or adjusting the nicotine strength of different recipes. Flavour concentrate, base, boosters and final volume must all be considered together.

How many nicotine boosters do you need?

The required number depends on the amount of nicotine-free liquid and the desired final strength. Larger volumes and higher target concentrations require more boosters. The calculation is based on the total amount of nicotine divided by the complete finished volume. Each 10 ml booster at 20 mg/ml contributes 200 mg of nicotine.

Why does final volume matter?

Every booster increases the total volume of the mixture. Nicotine strength should therefore never be calculated using only the original nicotine-free e-liquid. For example, 50 ml plus one 10 ml booster produces 60 ml, while two boosters produce 70 ml. This explains why the final concentrations are approximately 3.33 mg/ml and 5.71 mg/ml rather than exactly 3 and 6 mg/ml.

Choosing the PG/VG ratio of your boosters

The booster PG/VG ratio contributes to the finished e-liquid composition. A 50/50 PG/VG booster is versatile for many preparations. A higher-VG booster can be useful for more airy vaping setups, while higher-PG formulations create a thinner mixture. The effect becomes increasingly significant when multiple boosters are added.

Regular nicotine or nicotine salt booster packs?

Boosters can contain traditional freebase nicotine or nicotine salts. Traditional nicotine generally provides a more noticeable throat hit, while nicotine salts tend to feel smoother at a comparable concentration. Nicotine salts are particularly associated with lower-powered MTL devices. The booster type should therefore match both the intended e-liquid and vaping equipment.

Multiple boosters and flavour dilution

Every booster increases the total volume without adding the flavour concentrates contained in the original e-liquid. Using several boosters can therefore gradually reduce flavour intensity. Shortfills are typically designed to accommodate a specified quantity of booster, while significantly exceeding that amount may dilute the recipe further.

Mix thoroughly after adding boosters

After adding the required boosters, close the bottle securely and shake thoroughly to homogenise the mixture. If the finished volume exceeds the capacity of the original bottle, use a clean empty e-liquid bottle large enough for the complete preparation.

Storage and safety precautions

Nicotine boosters should be kept securely closed and protected from heat and direct sunlight. Nicotine is addictive and nicotine-containing liquids should be handled carefully. Avoid skin and eye contact and keep bottles out of reach of children and animals. Always follow the manufacturer's warnings.
