Taifun GT V

This is the Taifun GT V (GT 5), once again the German manufacturer Taifun has improved its atomizer, to the delight of all vapers who love high-end equipment.

The Taifun GT V is 25mm in diameter, has a capacity of 6ml and has a filling system located on the side.

This single coil atomiser is aimed at the vaper who wants a RDL (restrictive direct draw) vape with powerful flavours.

This atomizer combines the well-known use of Air Disks with a precisely adjustable outer AFC ring.

The GT V is designed exclusively for use in DL/RDL draw (direct draw and restrictive direct draw).

Even though the adaptable Air Disks and the airflow adjustment possibilities theoretically give you the possibility to use it with high wattage coils, the manufacturer expressly recommends not to buy this atomizer for this purpose.

Also the internal design of the atomizer bell would not allow sufficient vapor saturation for MTL use.

Useful Information

In order to be able to remove the tank from the base in an optimal way, the atomizer must always be set to the "vaporize" position. The central position of the top-cap does not prevent the liquid from entering the chamber in the long term. If the atomizer is not used for a longer period of time, it must be completely emptied to prevent leakage through the air supply. It is also important to consider the position of the top-cap when mounting the tank. The Top-Cap can only be separated from the tank when the base is removed. To fit the inner ring of the tank, insert the Top-Cap, turn it to the steam position and ideally tighten the screws crosswise.

Two additional O-rings are supplied in a separate bag. These are provided to adjust the necessary clearance between the base and the tank. The red O-ring is for medium hardness (compared to the O-ring already fitted) and the black O-ring offers maximum hardness. Please note that the harder the O-ring chosen, the more difficult it will be to detach the tank from the base.

The Taifun GT V has much larger liquid inlets than the GT IV. It is essential that a sufficient amount of cotton is placed in front of the entire opening. When filling, tilt the vaporizer slightly backwards to ensure adequate ventilation. Do not push the liquid too hard into the tank.
