Innokin Replacement Glass for Clearomizers

Innokin replacement glass is designed to replace the glass reservoir of compatible clearomizers and atomizers when it becomes cracked, broken or damaged. This allows the base, chimney, top cap and other functional components to remain in use.

Innokin has developed numerous clearomizers for different vaping styles, ranging from restricted MTL to more open RDL. Glass dimensions, shape and capacity therefore vary between models, making exact compatibility essential.

Replacement glass for different Innokin clearomizers

Innokin offers several well-known clearomizer families, including Zenith and Zlide, together with other tanks designed for different purposes. Each generation can use a specific reservoir format.

Innokin replacement glass is not universal. Height, internal and external diameter, tank shape, chimney design and seal positioning must match the exact device.

Two Innokin tanks can appear similar while using different glass sections, so checking the complete model name is always recommended.

Straight or Bubble glass depending on model

Straight glass maintains a relatively consistent diameter and preserves a compact overall profile.

Bubble glass expands through the centre to increase e-liquid capacity. This can be useful on compatible models where greater liquid autonomy is preferred.

When both versions are available for the same tank, selection depends primarily on desired capacity and overall dimensions.

Why replace Innokin tank glass?

Glass is one of the more fragile parts of a clearomizer. A fall can crack or break the reservoir while leaving the other components fully functional.

Even a small crack can worsen through impact, disassembly or pressure from the seals and may eventually cause e-liquid leakage.

Chipped glass around sealing areas can also compromise tank integrity and should be replaced.

How to replace Innokin glass

Remove as much e-liquid as possible before carefully disassembling the clearomizer. The damaged glass can then be released without forcing the other components.

Inspect the O-rings during disassembly. A worn, pinched or incorrectly positioned seal can cause leaks even after fitting new glass.

Install the replacement glass correctly between the seals and reassemble the tank without excessive tightening.

Cleaning and preventing leaks

Replacing the glass is a good opportunity to clean accessible parts of the clearomizer and remove e-liquid residue from the base, chimney and seals.

After installation, make sure the glass sits evenly and that no O-ring has become displaced or pinched.

The glass can also be cleaned when switching between significantly different flavours to reduce flavour carry-over.

How to choose the correct Innokin glass

The exact clearomizer reference is the most important criterion. Replacement glass should not be selected only by visible size or stated capacity.

Check the tank generation and glass shape as well. If several versions are listed for the same family, make sure the selected reference is intended for your exact device.

Knowing the complete product name or keeping the original glass makes identification considerably easier.
