Eleaf Replacement Glass for Clearomizers

Eleaf replacement glass is designed to replace the glass reservoir on compatible clearomizers and atomizers. If the tank becomes cracked, broken or damaged after an impact, replacing the glass can restore the device without requiring a complete new clearomizer.

Eleaf has produced numerous clearomizer designs with different dimensions and capacities. The replacement glass must therefore correspond precisely to the model and generation of the tank being used.

Replacement glass for different Eleaf tanks

Eleaf clearomizers cover different vaping styles ranging from restricted MTL to more open RDL and DTL configurations. Tank dimensions and e-liquid capacities consequently vary between models.

Eleaf glass is not universal. Compatibility depends on height, internal and external diameter, chimney construction and O-ring positioning. Two reservoirs that appear similar can therefore require completely different replacement parts.

The exact clearomizer generation should also be checked because different versions within the same Eleaf family may use different glass sections.

Straight or Bubble Eleaf glass

Depending on the clearomizer, replacement glass may be available in different shapes. Straight glass maintains a relatively consistent diameter and preserves a compact tank profile.

Bubble glass expands through the centre to increase e-liquid capacity. The additional volume reduces filling frequency and can be particularly useful with subohm clearomizers used for RDL or DTL vaping.

When several compatible capacities are available, users can choose according to desired liquid autonomy, overall dimensions and appearance.

Why replace Eleaf clearomizer glass?

The glass reservoir is one of the components most exposed to damage if an electronic cigarette is dropped. It may crack while the metal components and other parts of the clearomizer remain fully usable.

A cracked reservoir should not continue to be used. Even a small fracture can become larger through impact, disassembly or pressure from the seals and eventually cause e-liquid leakage.

Chipped glass around the sealing surfaces should also be replaced because damaged edges can prevent the O-rings from maintaining an effective seal.

How to replace Eleaf glass

Remove as much e-liquid as possible before carefully disassembling the clearomizer. If the glass is broken, make sure no fragments remain inside the tank.

Inspect the O-rings before fitting the replacement glass. Worn, cut, distorted or incorrectly positioned seals can cause leakage even with a new reservoir.

Fit the replacement section correctly and reassemble without excessive tightening, which can place unnecessary pressure on the glass.

Tank maintenance and leak prevention

Replacing the glass is a useful opportunity to clean accessible parts of the clearomizer and remove e-liquid residue from the base, chimney and sealing surfaces.

After installation, make sure the glass sits evenly against the seals and that no O-ring has become pinched during assembly.

Cleaning the glass can also help reduce flavour carry-over when switching between significantly different e-liquids.

How to choose the correct Eleaf glass

The exact clearomizer reference is the most important consideration. Choosing replacement glass based only on apparent diameter or capacity is not recommended, as even small dimensional differences can prevent correct installation.

Check the tank generation, glass shape and specified capacity. If straight and Bubble versions are available, make sure both are specifically listed for your clearomizer.

Knowing the precise model name makes identifying the correct replacement considerably easier.
