Voopoo Replacement Glass for Clearomizers

Voopoo replacement glass allows a cracked, broken or damaged reservoir to be replaced on compatible clearomizers and atomizers. This spare part makes it possible to retain the other functional components rather than replacing the complete tank.

Voopoo offers different clearomizers and reservoirs for a variety of vaping styles. Glass dimensions, shape and capacity can therefore vary considerably between individual devices, making exact compatibility essential.

Replacement glass for Voopoo clearomizers

Voopoo is particularly known for clearomizers designed for RDL and DTL vaping, including tanks capable of operating at relatively high output. These configurations generally consume more e-liquid and can therefore benefit from larger reservoirs.

Voopoo replacement glass is not universal. Height, internal and external diameter, reservoir shape and sealing surfaces must correspond to the specific tank.

The clearomizer version should also be checked because different generations within the same family may require different replacement parts.

Straight or Bubble Voopoo glass

Depending on the model, Voopoo tanks may use straight or Bubble glass. Straight glass maintains a relatively uniform diameter and generally provides a more compact overall profile.

Bubble glass expands through the centre to increase available e-liquid capacity. This is particularly useful for RDL and DTL vaping with higher-powered coils, where increased vapour production generally results in greater liquid consumption.

When several compatible capacities are available, selection can be based on desired liquid autonomy, filling frequency and overall tank dimensions.

Why replace Voopoo tank glass?

A dropped electronic cigarette can break the reservoir while leaving the metal components of the clearomizer undamaged. Replacing only the glass can therefore restore the tank without purchasing a complete new clearomizer.

Cracked glass should no longer be used. Even minor damage can worsen through handling, further impact or pressure during assembly and may compromise tank sealing.

Glass chipped around an O-ring contact area can also cause leakage and should be replaced.

How to replace Voopoo glass

Remove as much e-liquid as possible before disassembling the clearomizer. Carefully remove the damaged glass and make sure no fragments remain inside the tank if the reservoir has shattered.

Inspect the O-rings before fitting the replacement. They should be clean, correctly positioned and free from significant cuts or deformation.

Install the new glass correctly and reassemble the clearomizer without excessive tightening.

Maintaining Voopoo glass and preventing leaks

Replacing the reservoir provides a useful opportunity to clean accessible parts of the clearomizer and remove e-liquid residue from the seals, chimney and base.

After installation, check that the glass sits evenly against the O-rings and that none of the seals have become pinched or displaced.

Cleaning the reservoir can also reduce flavour carry-over when switching between significantly different e-liquids.

How to choose the correct Voopoo glass

The exact clearomizer reference is the most important criterion. Replacement glass should not be selected solely according to apparent diameter or stated capacity.

Check the tank generation, glass shape and required capacity. When several versions of a clearomizer exist, make sure the replacement is specifically listed for your exact model.

This is particularly important when several tanks within the same product family have a similar appearance but use different spare parts.
