Lost Vape Replacement Glass for Clearomizers

Lost Vape replacement glass is designed to replace the reservoir of compatible clearomizers and atomizers when the original glass becomes cracked, broken or damaged. This makes it possible to retain the base, chimney, top cap and other functional components instead of replacing the entire tank.

Lost Vape has developed different clearomizers and tank systems for MTL, RDL and DTL vaping. Glass dimensions, shape and capacity therefore vary between models, making exact compatibility essential.

Replacement glass for different Lost Vape tanks

Lost Vape clearomizers can use different reservoir sizes depending on their intended vaping style. Compact MTL tanks generally use smaller glass sections, while RDL and DTL systems may offer increased capacity for higher e-liquid consumption.

Lost Vape replacement glass is not universal. Height, internal and external diameter, chimney design, seal position and overall tank construction all need to match the specific device.

Two visually similar Lost Vape tanks can therefore require completely different replacement glass.

Straight or Bubble glass depending on model

Straight glass maintains a relatively uniform diameter and generally preserves a compact overall profile.

Bubble glass expands through the centre to increase e-liquid capacity, making it particularly useful with RDL or DTL tanks where consumption is higher.

When both versions are compatible, users can choose according to desired capacity, overall width and appearance.

Why replace Lost Vape tank glass?

The glass reservoir is one of the most exposed components when an electronic cigarette is dropped. It may crack or break while the metal parts remain fully functional.

A cracked reservoir should not continue to be used, as even minor damage can worsen through pressure, impact or disassembly and lead to e-liquid leakage.

Chipped glass around the sealing surfaces can also compromise tank integrity and should be replaced.

How to replace Lost Vape glass

Remove as much e-liquid as possible before carefully disassembling the tank. The damaged glass can then be released without applying unnecessary force.

Inspect the O-rings before installing the replacement glass. Worn, pinched or incorrectly positioned seals can cause leakage even with a new reservoir.

Fit the new glass correctly and reassemble the clearomizer without excessive tightening.

Cleaning and preventing leaks

Replacing the glass is a good opportunity to clean the accessible parts of the tank and remove e-liquid residue from the base, chimney and seals.

After reassembly, make sure the glass sits evenly on the O-rings and that none of the seals have been pinched or displaced.

The glass can also be cleaned when changing between very different flavours to reduce flavour carry-over.

How to choose the correct Lost Vape glass

The exact clearomizer or atomizer reference is the most important criterion. Replacement glass should not be selected only by apparent diameter or stated capacity.

Check the tank generation, glass shape and exact capacity. If several versions exist, make sure the selected glass is specifically listed for your device.

Knowing the full product name makes identifying the correct replacement considerably easier.
